Saniderm
instructions

Remove Saniderm: After 3-5 days, remove Saniderm while in the shower. Peel slowly to avoid damage. Think of removing a command strip off the wall, do not rip like a Band-Aid.

Wash Tattoo: Wash the tattoo with lukewarm water and non-scented antibacterial soap, using only your hands. Dial gold is a great option.

Dry Tattoo: Pat dry with a clean paper towel and let air dry for 5-10 minutes. Do not use bath towel, even when they are clean, they can hold bacteria.

Apply Lotion: Apply only non-scented lotion to the tattoo. Avoid ointments or petrolatum-based products. Any lotion with no scent or colors are safe to use.

Daily Care: Wash the tattoo 3-4 times a day to keep it clean and free of debris. Keep tattoo moisturized until fully healed (4-5 weeks).

Initial Bandage: Keep the bandage on for the time specified by your artist (usually 2–4 hours).

First 2-10 Hours: Clean gently with fragrance-free soap (dial gold) and apply a thin layer of ointment.

First 48 Hours: Clean 2-3 times daily, avoid soaking, tight clothing, and direct sunlight.

Weeks 1-4: Switch to unscented lotion, wash daily, and watch for signs of infection. Use antibacterial soap and ointments like A+D®. Avoid swimming, heavy sweating, and picking at scabs.
